"My experience with Kelly Buick GMC was just the way it should be! Fantastic!!! Filling in for Bruce Dubois at the beginning, our first contact was with Roland Zuk who took me on a test drive in a vehicle that was similar to the one I was looking for. He wanted to make sure this really was the type of vehicle I wanted. He was patient, knowledgeable and most of all he listened! Because he had another customer appointment already set up that was from out-of-state, we then had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bruce.
I was in the market for a 2011 Buick Lacrosse AWD and was very specific about the options and packages I wanted in the vehicle. Bruce went the extra mile and found what I wanted in another state and had it brought to Kelly Buick knowing it was exactly what I wanted. I just loved the car, it was me! The buying experience was smooth, and stress free which is the way it should be. Bruce took us through all the important information about our new lease and even though he was not feeling well with a cold he never compromised on service delivery.
Thanks to Jim McHugh, the business manager, the final paper work and turn-in of my former leased car was very easy. It was clear to me that customer satisfaction and pride on the product they represent is #1 for this dealership!
